This dilator harness is designed to work exclusively with anal dilator set or anal stretching rings. It consists of two straps in front, so access is not blocked and one in back as well as a waist band. All straps are adjustable so it will fit just right. It comes with two screws so you can attach either dilators or anal stretching rings.
